Early mornings in the bathroom while I get ready to start my day you can catch me blasting music or listening to some of my favorite podcasts. The podcast episodes normally get carried on to the car as I start my commute for the day. I never thought I’d ever become a podcast person. My attention span is short and I get bored quickly. Who would have thought so many voices can inspire and entertain me. Podcasts are a game-changer because it provides you with the ability to multitask while still receiving knowledge that can broaden your perspective on different topics. “Black Girl Podcast” was the first podcast I was introduced to and immediately tuned in. I love how the 5 women showcase the true meaning of friendship while speaking on different topics. They have different opinions but most importantly learn to agree to disagree. I shed a few tears and had numerous laughs after tuning into their episodes. I struggled with understanding different aspects of my life but this podcast helped me analyzed my emotions. To see supportive friends come together to lift and build each other up while being vulnerable with their emotions is dope!

When my coworker put me on to this podcast I was immediately locked in! If you want the tea on a man's perspective and what goes on in their head make sure you tune in. The three guys on this show Mack, Ryan and Mouse provide full transparency on different topics. In every episode. You get to hear their honest raw opinions. They will give you advice from a man's perspective without sugar-coating anything.

I met the hosts at the Diddy Revolt Summit in Atlanta, GA. I love the dynamic of Alicia and Drvco friendship and their energy. Every episode is so personal and authentic it often feels like I’m sitting right in the living room with them sipping on my wine. No filter at all when it comes to the different topics they discuss. I love it because they always give their honest opinion while finding ways to light up the room. This is a space where you can come and not be judged.

This podcast is my daily dose of meditation. The host Jay Shetty energy is so pure and inspirational. His episodes are beneficial to every aspect of my life from success, relationships, family, spirituality, etc. I always leave feeling so refreshed like I just left a therapy session. I started listening to Jay Shetty when I was experiencing a high level of self-doubt and his episodes allowed me to control my emotions while finding a way to light up my life and gain clarity. Jay Shetty changed my perspective on many different topics and I love how he provides action tasks to help you analyze what you're going through. He is truly a breath of fresh air.

Anaya Ivy is the rawest podcast I’ve ever come across. She’s the friend that refuses to sugar coat anything. She’s not going to give you the answer you want to hear she's going to tell you how it is and back it up with logic. Anytime I tune into her episodes I’m always yelling in the car YASSSSSSSSSS!!! Sometimes I forget she's on audio because it feels like she’s sitting right next to me in the passenger seat. It gets personal. I've faced many of my fears and internal issues because of Anaya. Sis is all about self-healing and women empowerment.

The different interviews from female entrepreneurs will provide you with authentic insights that are not always discussed. Such as the money talk. Many of her guest explain their stories as creatives and the process of pitching brands and converting it to a paycheck. I love learning from the boss a** women that are winning and making a difference in the industry. It's a reminder that anything is possible. It gives me so much hope.

Her interviews are always so detailed and she knows how to ask the right questions that will provide us the knowledge to level up in the influencer/creative completive industry. Julie is honest and shares her experiences with no hesitation. Her informative tips and strategies allowed me to gain confidence and understand my worth as a blogger while transforming my mindset to treat my blog like a business. The way I view social media marketing and the influencer world is completely different now.

I discovered this podcast after joining the network Style Collective and realized the podcast is an extension to the brand. Style collective is a platform that focuses on sisterhood, support, and empowerment for female influencers in the fashion and lifestyle industry. The membership offers online courses and guides to help you excel in the influencer marketing world. One thing I love about this platform is the resources they provide to help you transition your blog to a business. Also, I love how they provide each member with a list of brand contacts to pitch for collaborations. The host Annie is good for spreading her weekly dose of inspiration, motivation, and feedback on each episode. Anytime I tune in I’m reminded to never let my fears get in the way of my dreams.
